Digital Literacy

We are working on research on digital inclusion and we have found that digital literacy is the new digital divide.

Digital literacy can be measured by 2 factors: the ability to troubleshoot, and the ability to identify authoritative sources.

This research published recently in the Conversation and elsewhere backs up these findings. It found that less than half of Australian adults know how to identify misinformation online. This is why we all need better research skills as an evidence base.
